I want to book a reading, but I’m scared that no one will come through or I’ll hear from someone I don’t want to hear from.

I am very intentional in the boundaries I set as far as which spirits are allowed in my space when I prep. I make sure that the only spirits that come through are those that have the best intentions for my client and only positive, loving spirits. That being said, please be advised that there is no guarantee for any specific individual spirit to show up.

How are your sessions conducted? In person or virtually?

All of my sessions are done virtually to accommodate for long-distance/international clients. I conduct my sessions primarily through Instagram Video or Skype.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for our session?

All I ask is that my clients come with an open mind and spirit and that you are in a quiet space with little to no distractions. Some clients may smoke cleanse before our time together (be mindful and respectful of closed practices and research what herbs are appropriate and safe to cleanse with), some may meditate, or write down/speak the names of those who they are hoping to connect with. However you feel you need to prepare is completely up to you.

Is there a waitlist I can join?

There is currently no waitlist to join. I only see two clients a day to preserve the integrity of my work and not over exert myself. Because of the limited number of clients I see, cancellations and rescheduled appointments are few and far between. I recommend booking your appointment for the earliest available date and checking the website periodically to see if there are any earlier spots that may open up.

How does payment work?

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. If you are on a budget, please reach out to me privately to discuss other options like a payment plan or a sliding scale. If you have the means to pay in full at the time of booking, please do so.

What is your policy for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Cancelled appointments will not be refunded regardless of whether you reschedule or not.

If you no-show to your appointment—regardless of whether you had confirmed it through the website or not—payment submitted at the time of booking is applied as a no-show fee and a refund will not be given.

Clients who are more than 10 minutes late to the start of the session will need to reschedule at a later date.

I will personally reach out to my clients the day before to confirm our appointment. I require written confirmation that you will be in attendance before I do any prep work. If I do not receive written confirmation prior to when I prep, your session will be rescheduled for a later date. Refunds are not given to clients who do not abide by the policies laid out. All sales are FINAL.

Please do not argue with me about the policies I have in place. They are in place to protect me and the time, energy, and labor I put into my practice. You agree to all terms, conditions, and policies at the time of booking, including this FAQ portion.

Can I book for someone else?

I saw a second account of yours pop up on TikTok/Instagram that’s messaging people claiming that you’re giving away readings… is that you?

No. I never have and never will reach out to people to get them to have a reading with me. This is a huge issue within the spiritual/occult online community. Please do not send me messages informing me and use common sense. If the language doesn’t sound like how I would communicate and/or if they are insistent on payment, it’s a scammer. This has been happening since I started my practice. Being inundated with messages only adds more stress and frustration because there is very little I can do. Block, report, and move on.

Am I allowed to record our session or take notes?

Yes! I allow for video/audio recordings of our sessions and/or taking notes. I do take notes prior to our sessions as a way to keep me focused and on track for the messages that come through. I offer a copy of my notes to my clients for an additional $30 - $40 (depending on how long the notes are). Other than that, you are more than welcome to take notes or record anything that stands out to you during our session.
